I am selling our [removed phone] feet. Macgregor sailboat. This is the real keel deal, with the lead ballasted swing keel (not the water keel) which you crank up or down. Great for beaching it, or if you accidentally go aground, just crank her up and off you go. As the images show, the cabin top can be raised or lowered, and pre-owned with or without the cover. The mast is easily raised for sailing, or lowered for hauling. The interior upholstery and pop up house cover are new. The sails are almost new. The trailer is the actual Macgregor trailer built for the boat and in very terrific shape, and tows straight. The eight h.p Johnson Sailmaster long shaft 2-stroke outboard and gas can goes with the boat as well. Runs fine. The motor also has battery charging capability. This is a solid, fun little day sailer, built in the days when the fiberglass was thicker than it needed to be, so she is a stout little. I believe there is over 800 lbs. of ballast in the keel. She could use some work on the wiring, but it is pretty basic stuff. Forward vee berth with a hatch. Bearing Buddies on the axle. Pretty much ready to hit the lake or Gulf. Lines, anchor, life jackets included also.
