I have a Hallberg Rassy Monsun 31 feet cruising yacht / sailboat for sale or trade. I am specifically looking for a partial trade for property in Austin or possibly late model Syncro Westy in terrific condition. Willing to sell at $55k or I can also remove cruising and navigation gear and sell as a bareboat for $40k. The boat is totally equipped for cruising and liveaboard and is also perfect for single handing. I spent 3yrs cruising the Caribbean by myself and now ready to move on.
